I was impressed with the teams organization and desire to learn. Anytime I put forward a suggestion it was welcomed and taken into consideration. High coach-ability is something any employer looks for and the team certainly possess this. Furthermore the team grasped the business with ease and had a good sense of what the project outcome was from the get go, and how they were going to go about achieving it.
