Working with Minoa Inc. through Advanced Ontario gave me incredibly value experiences. Fatih was a thoughtful and inspiring leader who made sure everyone's ideas was not only heard but, implemented. Taking on responsibilities, particularly in areas like email marketing, brand messaging, and Shopify optimization has helped me develop strong technical skills in the e-commerce space, deeper insights into ethical production of linens, and a greater appreciation for purpose-driven branding. I'm happy I was able to work along side a company who's values are working towards a more sustainable future.
